Refund Policy

At Wealth Tea Society, we are committed to providing high-quality educational programs, coaching services, tax preparation assistance, events, memberships, and digital resources. This Refund Policy outlines the terms governing cancellations, refunds, and credits for purchases made through our website or directly with our team.
By purchasing any of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Refund Policy.
1. General Policy
We strive to ensure every client has a positive experience. Because many of our Services involve reserved time, immediate access to digital content, or customized work, refund eligibility varies by service type.
Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement, refunds are processed according to the terms below.
2. Coaching Services
Individual coaching sessions, consultations, and coaching packages require advance scheduling and dedicated preparation.
- Refund requests made at least 48 hours before a scheduled session may be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment may not qualify for a refund.
- Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice ("no-show") is generally non-refundable.
If a session is cancelled by Wealth Tea Society, you may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.
3. Workshops, Classes & Events
Registration fees for workshops, seminars, webinars, and live events help cover planning and operational costs.
- Cancellations requested 7 or more days before the event may be eligible for a refund, less any applicable processing fees.
- Cancellations made fewer than 7 days before the event are generally non-refundable.
- If an event is cancelled by Wealth Tea Society, registered participants will receive either a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to a future event.
If an event is postponed, your registration will automatically transfer to the new date unless otherwise communicated.
4. Membership Programs
Membership fees provide access to exclusive educational resources, community features, and ongoing content.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Membership fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun.
- You may cancel your membership at any time to prevent future recurring charges.
- Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.
Access remains available through the end of the paid membership term.
5. Digital Products
Digital downloads, templates, guides, planners, eBooks, worksheets, videos, and other downloadable resources become accessible immediately upon purchase.
Because of the nature of digital content:
- All digital product purchases are generally final and non-refundable.
- Refunds may only be considered if duplicate charges occurred or if the product cannot be accessed due to a verified technical issue that cannot be resolved by our support team.
6. Tax Preparation Services
Tax preparation services involve professional time, document review, research, and administrative work.
Once work has begun on your file, fees for completed or partially completed services are generally non-refundable.
If you decide not to proceed before work begins, you may be eligible for a refund of prepaid fees, less any administrative or processing costs already incurred.
7. Payment Errors
If you believe you were charged incorrectly or experienced a duplicate transaction, please contact us promptly. We will investigate the issue and, where appropriate, issue a correction or refund.
8. Chargebacks
If you have questions regarding a payment, we encourage you to contact us first so we can work toward a fair resolution.
Initiating an unwarranted chargeback after receiving Services or accessing digital products may result in suspension of your account, loss of access to purchased content, and recovery actions where permitted by law.
9. Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that unforeseen situations may arise. Refund requests outside this policy may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Wealth Tea Society. Approval of one exception does not establish a precedent for future requests.
10. Processing Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.
Depending on your financial institution, processing times may vary and can take 5–10 business days after approval.
11. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any updates will become effective upon posting the revised version on our website.
